4 new tracks finnished - 10.01.2012

It is finally ready! Session started in summer of 2011 and finnished in January 2012. That's long time! But more about that later in our blog.

You will find all 4 tracks here in our site in a few days. 

 

 

Layout and studio update - 07.06.2011

First of all: the whole site has been updated. Things has changed in the band, so we decided to update our site to this new period that's coming. New thing in our site is Blog. We will write reports from studio and gig's and from where ever.

And second of all: we will enter SN-Audio studios 08.07.2011, and start the recordings of the next release of Lucidity. 3 or 4 tracks will be recorded, and the material will be the most versatile that this band has ever done.

So, stay tuned!!

Finally our site is open!

And news. We where forced to move the recordings to near future. Reasons to this schedule changes were simple: not enough time to get the matrerial 100 % ready. Also there were some personal reasons, so again, not enough time.

New member - 13.09.2010

Sami Ahmaoja is the newest member of Lucidity! We have played with him for a couple of months and we are more than happy to welcome him in the band. Sami also plays in Teardown with our own Jari Kinnunen. We already know that Sami will bring new boost of energy for our live shows, and fresh visions to our music.

So, welcome Sami!

 

 

Update and sad news - 29.04.2010

We are sorry to inform that the ways of Harri Pölkki and Lucidity has parted. After long discussions, Harri decided to step down from the band. The reason for he's decision was lack of inspiration and there was no drama involved. Lucidity thanks Harri for all these years and wishes all the best for the former bass player.

But the band will not quit! The remaining members of Lucidity has been working on new songs and one epic peace of music. New promo will be recorded probably in the end of the summer, and includes 3 new songs. Also epic 40 minutes of music will be released. But more about that later.

Ja kotimaisella. Harri Pölkin ja Lucidityn tiet ovat eronneet. Pitkien keskustelujen päätteeksi Harri päätti jäädä pois kyydistä. Päälimmäisenä syynä tähän on motivaation puute, eikä taustalla ole mitään draamaa. Lucidity haluaa kiittaa Harria kaikistä näistä vuosista ja samalla toivottaa kaikkea hyvää tulevaisuuteen.

Mutta bändi jatkaa silti toimintaansa. Orkesterin jäljelle jääneet jäsenet ovat säveltäneet uusia biisejä, sekä yhden eeppisen kappaleen. Uusi promo tullaan nauhoittamaan ehkä loppukesällä, ja se tulee pitämään sisällään 3 biisiä. Lisäksi samalla teemme valmiiksi tämän eeppisen, noin 40 minuuttia kestävän teoksen. Lisää näistä aiheista myöhemmin.
